After reading your consultation, I'll give you a calorie and macro goal to follow. These can be adjusted at your mid-program check-in. You'll also have 100's of recipes for those times you don't feel like thinking of what to make. Tracking your food is an option if you like to see the content of your food choices.
Every exercise comes with an instructional video. I frequently create my own personalized videos to help you with specific concerns or questions. You also have the ability to track your weight, reps, and sets to see how far you've come.
Weigh-in as frequently as you'd like. I also encourage you to submit bi-weekly progress pictures (that's where we see true progress). I will give you feedback on your weight trends and pictures or measurements.
Once you download the app, you'll be able to choose which level of workouts align with your stage of motherhood:
Prenatal Program (for expecting mothers in any trimester)
Early Postpartum Program (for moms within 12 months of giving birth)
Total Body Program
(for moms ready to work on full body strength)
